/ Privacy
Your practice, your data.
Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
- Any résumé you upload, so the interviewer can ask relevant questions.
- The text transcript of your interview (what you and the AI said), plus the scores and feedback generated from it.
What we don't do
- We don't record or keep your raw audio — only the transcribed text.
- We don't sell your data or interview history to anyone.
- We don't show your transcripts or scores to other users (leaderboard entries are name + score only).
Third parties involved
Your speech and answers are processed in real time by the providers powering the interviewer — Deepgram (speech-to-text), Google Gemini (the AI's responses), and Cartesia (text-to-speech). They process your audio/text to generate a response but MockMynd doesn't route it anywhere else. Voice pipeline performance is also monitored internally via VoiceGateway (cost/latency, not conversation content).
Deleting your data
We don't yet have a self-service "delete my account" button — until we do, contact us and we'll remove your account, résumé, and interview history.
